​Mental Health Therapist

Anchored in Hope Counseling is an outpatient mental health private practice looking to hire mental health therapists for our growing practice. We have two locations in Maumee, Ohio. We are an integrative, holistic practice and focus on treating mind, body, and spirit. All our therapists are 1099 contractors and therefore have the flexibility to make their own schedule. We are hiring for full time and part time therapists. Supervision group is provided for all non-independently licensed clinicians needing supervision towards their LISW. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, or couples therapy
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed and maintained

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a therapist
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload
• Familiarity with mental health resources
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Integrative care experience preferred

Pay:
​LISW's or LPCC's clinicians will be reimbursed 60% of insurance pay out (Averaging $48-$74 per session)

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling with therapy experience
Active LSW, LISW, LICDC, LPC, or LPCC license in Ohio

Qualified Mental Health Specialist/ Case Manager

Anchored in Hope Counseling is an outpatient mental health private practice looking to hire a Qualified Mental Health Specialist/Case Manager for our growing practice. We have two locations in Maumee, Ohio. We are an integrative, holistic practice and focus on treating mind, body, and spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client assessments, treatment planning and crisis intervention services.
• Provide training and facilitate linkages for the use of community resources.
• Monitor service delivery.
• Obtain or assist individuals in obtaining necessary services, for example, financial assistance, housing assistance, food, clothing, medical services, educational services, vocational services, recreational services, etc.
• Assist individuals in becoming involved with self-help support groups.
• Assist individuals in increasing social support networks with family members, friends, and/or organizations.
• . Document progress notes clearly and thoroughly in the electronic health record within agency timelines.
• Strive to meet the agency’s productivity requirements of the position.
• Collaborate and communicate with other staff members, including therapists, counselors and other team members to ensure high-quality treatment and coordination of care.
• Attend and participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries with clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to be productive and manage time in the best interest of the clients and agency.
• Ability to develop positive, professional and constructive relationships with colleagues, and outside agencies, organizations, and individuals.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet various client needs.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences, and a demonstrated competence in working with persons of color, of various faith, ethnic, nationality and economic backgrounds and the LGBTQ+ community.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Bachelor’s degree in human services field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year related experience required.
• Alternating periods of sitting, standing and moving while meeting needs of clients May travel by car in community to see clients
• Must have valid current Ohio driver’s license and carry current auto insurance compliant with Ohio requirements.
