Erin Riley
Master of Arts, Licensed School Counselor, and Licensed Professional Counselor.
Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed School Counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner resilience. She earned her master’s degree in School Counseling in 2007 and her master’s certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025 from The University of Toledo.
Erin works with adolescents, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. She brings a special passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those in recovery from eating disorders.
Erin’s counseling style is rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based philosophy. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to empower clients to set meaningful goals, foster healing, and move toward self-actualization. Currently, Erin is expanding her trauma-informed practice through training in Cognitive Processing Therapy.
