Group therapy at Anchored in Hope Counseling offers a safe space for sharing your experiences with people on a similar healing journey.
Group Therapy
Why Group Therapy?
From art therapy to healthy living, we believe group therapy can be a powerful resource for your healing journey. By offering a shared space for processing your experiences, group therapy fosters a sense of connection, provides mutual support, facilitates fresh perspectives and improves social skills.
We offer therapy groups throughout the year for children, teens, and adults. Insurance is accepted or participants may opt for the $25 per session self-pay fee. Group sessions are free for Medicaid recipients. While group participation is open to anyone, regardless of current enrollment with Anchored in Hope Counseling, those seeking insurance coverage for their attendance will need to complete an intake assessment beforehand if they are not currently active clients.
Unless otherwise noted, all therapy groups will meet at the Anchored in Hope Counseling center located at 1690 Woodlands Dr. Suite 200 in Maumee, Ohio. Transportation for group attendance is available for Medicaid recipients.
If you want to learn more about our group therapy offerings or reserve a seat, email us at frontdesk@anchoredinhopecounseling.org or call 419-491-0420.
This group will use therapeutic art exercises designed to deepen connections with the self and others. Join us to experience the healing power of creativity and mindfulness in a non-judgmental space!
