Group Therapy
From art therapy to parenting support, we believe group therapy can be a powerful resource for your healing journey. By offering a space, shared space for processing your experiences, group therapy fosters a sense of connection, provides mutual support, facilitates fresh perspectives and improves participants social skills.
We offer therapy groups throughout the year for children, teens, and adults. Groups meet weekly for 8 weeks under the care of one of our licensed therapists. Groups are free for Medicaid recipients and $50 per session for clients who have commercial insurance or use private pay. All therapy groups will meet at the Anchored in Hope Counseling center located at 1690 Woodlands Dr. Suite 200 in Maumee, Ohio.

Adult Art Therapy
for Depression
Give your child a confidence boost! In this group, children ages 7-12 will explore their emotions through art, make new friends, and discover their inner artist. Together, let's build a foundation of self-esteem to last a lifetime.
