Adult Day Treatment
Program
Our Adult Day Treatment program provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals can connect with others on a similar healing journey. Through structured therapeutic groups and activities, participants are encouraged to share experiences, build coping skills, and work toward emotional wellness together.

Creative Compass
Adult Day Treatment
Creative Compass is a gentle, trauma-informed program that helps adults find grounding, clarity, and calm through the arts.
Through art, music, movement, and expressive practices, Creative Compass invites healing beyond words, honoring the connection between the body, emotions, and imagination. No artistic experience needed—just openness and curiosity!
