Krista McCulloch, LISW-S is the owner of Anchored in Hope Counseling. Krista graduated with her Bachelors degree in Social Work from Bowling Green State University and her Masters degree in Social Work with a specialization in Children and Families from Eastern Michigan University.

Krista is fully trained in both Brainspotting and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and uses these modalities in working with clients with varying levels of trauma. Krista is also trained in Advanced Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals and is a certified practitioner of Safe and Sound Protocol. Krista has experience working with foster youth, competitive athletes, perinatal populations, and developmental trauma.
