Benjamin Leber, LPCC (He/Him)

Couples and Adult Relationship Specialist

Benjamin Leber is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in helping adults and couples navigate relationship challenges, personal growth, emotional wellness, and life's transitions throughout Northwest Ohio.

Ben believes that each person is the expert of their own life. His role as a therapist is not to tell clients who they should be or what they should do, but rather to walk alongside them as they gain clarity, build confidence, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. He is passionate about providing a safe, supportive environment where individuals and couples can explore challenges openly, process emotions honestly, and discover solutions that align with their values and goals.

Ben works with adults and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, communication challenges, life transitions, stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth concerns. He understands that navigating life's difficulties alone can feel overwhelming, and he believes meaningful healing often begins when people have a space where they feel truly heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.

His therapeutic approach is highly individualized and centered on the unique needs of each client. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapeutic tools, Ben tailors treatment to support each person's goals, strengths, and experiences. He values collaboration and transparency throughout the counseling process, helping clients develop deeper insight into themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

At the heart of Ben's work is a genuine love for people and a desire to help others experience greater connection, purpose, and emotional well-being. He considers it a privilege to witness clients' growth and to support them as they move toward healthier relationships, increased self-awareness, and a stronger sense of fulfillment.

Ben strives to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and authenticity. Whether working with individuals or couples, his goal is to provide a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives.

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys investing in his relationships, spending time with family and friends, reading, relaxing with a favorite television series, and enjoying video games.
