Briana "Bri" Hart, LSW (She/Her)

Youth, Adolescent, and Young Adult Mental Health Specialist

Briana "Bri" Hart is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in helping youth, adolescents, and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, school and work-related stress, burnout, and personal growth throughout Northwest Ohio.

Bri believes that meaningful healing begins with connection. She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially during seasons of change, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. Her goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore challenges openly, and develop the confidence needed to move forward.

Bri works primarily with youth, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and the pressures that often accompany school, work, relationships, and personal development. She recognizes that difficult experiences can feel isolating and overwhelming, particularly when faced alone. Through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, she helps clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and discover healthy ways to navigate life's challenges.

Her therapeutic approach is humanistic, strengths-based, and client-centered. Bri places significant value on the rapport-building process and believes a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in successful treatment. She strives to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, understood, and empowered. When appropriate, Bri incorporates her own life experiences to help foster connection and remind clients that they are not alone in their struggles.

Before entering the mental health field, Bri originally planned to become a teacher. Her passion for helping others learn, grow, and discover their potential ultimately led her to social work and counseling. She finds great fulfillment in supporting clients as they invest in themselves, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change in their lives.

At the heart of Bri's work is the belief that therapy is a collaborative journey. She often compares the therapeutic process to riding in a car together: the client is always in the driver's seat, setting the direction and pace, while she serves as a supportive passenger offering guidance, encouragement, and perspective along the way. Different seats, same car, same journey.

Guided by the belief that "Every storm runs out of rain," Bri helps clients remember that difficult seasons do not last forever and that growth, healing, and hope are always possible.

Outside of the office, Bri enjoys crafting, attending sporting events, watching sports, and taking time to appreciate beautiful sunsets.
