Cassandra "Casi" Graff, LPCC (She/Her)
Intern Supervisor
Cassandra "Casi" Graff serves as Intern Supervisor at Anchored in Hope Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life's transitions throughout Northwest Ohio.
As Intern Supervisor, Casi is passionate about supporting the next generation of mental health professionals while maintaining a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. She believes growth occurs when individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace. This philosophy guides both her clinical work and her leadership within the practice.
Casi works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other emotional challenges that can make daily life feel overwhelming. She understands that managing mental health concerns, processing difficult memories, and navigating change can be stressful and exhausting. Her goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences openly while developing the tools and confidence needed to move toward healing and growth.
Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Casi utilizes an eclectic style that draws from a variety of evidence-based techniques while remaining grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client's personal journey. She believes therapy is most effective when it is built on a strong therapeutic relationship and a treatment plan designed specifically around the client's goals, strengths, and values.
Casi became a therapist because she is passionate about helping individuals learn to independently manage symptoms, navigate life stressors, and develop lasting confidence in their ability to overcome challenges. She believes that self-empowerment is one of the most meaningful outcomes of therapy and strives to help clients recognize their own resilience and capacity for growth.
At the heart of Casi's work is the belief that mental health challenges do not have to be faced alone. She provides a grounded, supportive presence that helps clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of creating meaningful change. Whether someone is navigating grief, managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, or adjusting to a significant life transition, Casi is committed to walking alongside them throughout the process.
Outside of the office, Casi enjoys reading and writing.
