Leslie is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. She obtained her Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. She has over 2 decades of experience working with vulnerable populations ages 6 to adult. Leslie is passionate about assisting individuals identify their strengths and learn skills to achieve their goals. She has done work with youth and adolescents in schools, community-based programs, and criminal justice system. Leslie also has experience working with individuals with development disabilities.

She uses a client centered approach, focusing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
