Natalie Frost, CT
Natalie Frost is a Counselor Trainee pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The University of Toledo. She works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. She is especially passionate about supporting children and teens as they navigate life’s many changes and challenges.
Natalie believes that meaningful growth happens through positive connections. She views counseling as a collaborative process where clients can explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and work toward goals that matter to them. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Natalie understands that people come to counseling for many different reasons. Some may feel stuck or overwhelmed, while others may be curious about themselves or simply need a safe place to talk. She believes in meeting clients exactly where they are and allowing space for their individual needs, experiences, and pace. Whether supporting a child through change, helping a teen navigate uncertainty, or working with an adult through a difficult transition, Natalie approaches each person with warmth and curiosity.
Her counseling style is collaborative, authentic, and grounded in a deep respect for each person’s story. Natalie strives to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and taking an active role in the counseling process. She values honest connection and works alongside clients to explore challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and identify meaningful steps forward.
Natalie is committed to culturally responsive care. She recognizes that each person’s identities, relationships, background, and experiences shape how they understand and navigate the world. She continues to expand her understanding of diverse experiences and therapeutic needs so clients can feel respected and supported as individuals.
At the heart of Natalie’s work is the belief that people benefit from connection as they move through challenges. She hopes to provide a space where clients can feel less alone, explore what matters to them, and build confidence in their ability to grow.
Guided by the idea that “the only good way through is together,” Natalie values the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and discover new possibilities for themselves.
