Peyton Phillips, BSW, LSW (She/Her)

Child, Adolescent, and Family Mental Health Specialist

Peyton Phillips is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Toledo and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree at Cleveland State University.

Peyton is passionate about helping children, teens, and families recognize their strengths and build the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence. She believes that every individual and family possesses resilience, potential, and the capacity for growth, even during difficult seasons. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.

Peyton works with children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional difficulties, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stressors. She understands how overwhelming it can feel when children struggle to express emotions, teens face increasing pressures and expectations, or families encounter challenges that strain connection and communication. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, she helps clients build stronger relationships, improve emotional awareness, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Her therapeutic style is strengths-based, client-centered, and grounded in collaboration. Peyton believes therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs, experiences, and goals. She focuses on helping clients identify and build upon their existing strengths while developing new tools to navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where children, adolescents, and families feel respected, supported, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process.

Peyton became a therapist because of her desire to provide meaningful support, comfort, and empowerment to individuals and families facing life's challenges. She finds fulfillment in helping clients discover their strengths, increase their confidence, and experience positive growth in their lives and relationships.

At the heart of Peyton's work is the belief that healing and growth happen when people feel safe enough to be themselves. She is committed to walking alongside clients as they explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop resilience. Whether supporting a child through behavioral challenges, helping a teen navigate life's pressures, or working with a family to build stronger connections, Peyton remains dedicated to creating an environment where growth and healing can flourish.

Guided by the belief that "This too shall pass," Peyton reminds clients that difficult moments are temporary and that support, healing, and growth are always possible.

Outside of the office, Peyton enjoys exercising, reading, spending time with her dog, and making memories with family and friends.
