Sienna Garcia

Sienna is a dedicated and compassionate professional working as a Case Manager and Program Aide. She helps support individuals and families as they navigate complex life challenges, connecting them with critical resources, and advocating for their overall well-being.

As a Case Manager, she strives to build trusting relationships with clients by listening actively, showing empathy, and maintaining a nonjudgmental approach. Her goal is to empower individuals to achieve stability, independence, and an improved quality of life.

As a Program Aide, she assists with the After School and Summer Day Treatment Program. She supports program staff, help organize activities, maintain documentation, and contributes to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Her role allows her to engage directly with the community while ensuring programs run efficiently and effectively.

She is committed to making a positive impact through advocacy, collaboration, and service. Her passion for helping others drives her to continuously grow in the field and to contribute meaningfully to the lives of those she serves.

As a Toledo native, Sienna can be found supporting any local sports teams like the Mudhens, Walleye or Toledo Rockets! She earned her Bachelors of Social Science in Psychology from The University of Findlay. In her free time Sienna can be found scrapbooking, weightlifting or binge watching her favorite television shows.
